We are looking for an experienced Administrator to assist our Childcare centres in Darwin City, Parap, Leanyer, Wagaman & Palmerston! Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role.

The role

  • Working school hours 5 days per week
  • Provide administration support for the Centre 
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

  • Experience in a customer service and administration
  • No previous Childcare experience required
  • Knowledge of QikKids/StoryPark/CCS (desirable)
  • A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
