Your role 

You’ll play a vital role in integrating new childcare centres into our established brands which include Papilio Early Learning, Milestones Early Learning and Aussie Kindies Early Learning. A mix of marketing, communication and operational project management skills are required to ensure every project is completed on deadline. 

 

Engaging with a variety of stakeholders, and with opportunities to travel locally and interstate over the next two years, this role will encourage you to use your marketing and communication skills in new and creative ways to set our business up for success.  

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating centre rebrand projects 

  • Contributing to and executing successful marketing and communication projects   

  • Participating in national, state and local marketing initiatives 

  • Supporting early education professionals to support marketing and communication activities 

  • Event coordination for small and large projects including bookings, logistics and attendance (some out of hours work may apply) 

  • Liaising with suppliers, graphic designers, centre teams and internal stakeholders 

  • Administration tasks including budgeting, process development and invoice management 

 

Your essential competencies: 

  • Planning, implementing and evaluating successful marketing and communication activities  

  • Multiple-project management and tracking skills including high level of attention to detail 

  • Clear and professional communication with multiple internal and external stakeholder

High-level proficiency required in: 

  • Broad range of standard marketing and communication activities

  • Written and verbal communication for a variety of audiences
