At Bambini Meridan Plains, we are a large 180 place centre full of passionate and dedicated Educators who are excited to welcome a new Senior Centre Manager to their team. 

In this role, you will provide exceptional leadership and operational direction and you will love the challenge of leading a team of Educators as well as supporting the Senior Operations team! This is a Permanent Full-time position to commence immediately with a generous incentive package for the right candidate.

Your essential knowledge, qualifications and skills:

• Previous centre management experience
• A natural leader, committed to realising the potential of others
• Driven to provide exceptional quality while delivering financial results which ensure our centre can operate sustainably
• A minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
• A current Working with Children’s Check or equivalent
