Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be required to integrate payroll knowledge with SAP technical knowledge to support the on-going processing responsibilities of the Payroll department. You will also be required to provide support to ensure smooth data flow integration between HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance systems. This is a Part-time position working from Monday - Wednesday! 

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Provide efficient and effective support to all Payroll & Time Target users
  • Writing and running test scripts for amendments and upgrades to test environments prior to implementation in live systems
  • Continual system and process enhancement opportunities
  • Report writing and running to validate data and identify issues
  • Document management – updating relevant process
  • Deliver Time Target training to all user levels
  • Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders for various projects and upgrades
  • Liaise with SAP & Time Target vendors to ensure effective & efficient support


Initial 12 month contract with the potential to extend ( 22 hours per week, 8.30am - 5:00pm)
