Welcome to Tadpoles Early Learning Centre Narangba!

Our centre can cater for up to 166 children and is administered by our enthusiastic, fun-loving educators who have a passion for teaching! We utilise the unique Lifelong Learning approach developed by Affinity Education Group which perfectly supports the Early Years Learning Framework. We integrate an exciting 'Healthy Children' program of events, activities, incursions and excursions year round and regularly involve our families and local community.

 The Role

  • Motivate and lead a team of xx educators in the xx room to create a positive and fun working environment.
  • Support the Centre Manager to manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

 You Already Have:

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification 
  • Relevant teachers’ registration
  • Experience in a management or leadership role (Desirable)
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
  • A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
