THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable and Debt Management & Recovery Manager, you will be responsible for the collection of outstanding monies on family accounts.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for collection of outstanding family debt
• Send letters, emails, texts and call families in line with Debt Management processes
• Manage Debt Management inbox
• Process payments for outstanding accounts

You will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role (Debt Management/Recovery or Accounts Receivable experience)
• Accounts Receivable/Debt Recovery or related qualification (highly desirable)
