As a Senior Centre Manager, you will lead your team to deliver quality early education in a warm and enthusiastic environment where children thrive.

In addition to a dedicated Area Manager and Quality Advisor, you’ll be fully supported by a national team including Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Recruitment, Safety and Compliance, Marketing and Promotions.

- Loves building long-lasting connections with your local community, families and the children in your care
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Will lead centre to Meet and Exceed National Quality Standards

You already have
- A minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- A current Working with Children’s Check or equivalent
- Commitment to delivering the National Quality Standards
- Strong and positive communication, leadership and management skills
