Welcome to Kids Academy Glenmore Park. Our centre can cater for up to 80 children and is administered by our enthusiastic, fun-loving educators who have a passion for teaching! At Kids Academy Glenmore Park, we believe that utilising the Lifelong Learning Approach is key for every child as it gives them the tools and skills to prepare them for an excellent education. The role

Lead your team to deliver quality early education in a warm and enthusiastic environment where children thrive.

Affinity offers incredible support and world-class systems to help you manage your centre, which means you can spend less time on administration and more time doing what you love.

In addition to a dedicated Area Manager and Quality Advisor, you’ll be fully supported by a national team including Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Recruitment, Safety and Compliance, Marketing and Promotions.

• Loves building long-lasting connections with your local community, families and the children in your care
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
• Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Will lead centre to Meet and Exceed National Quality Standards

You already have

• A minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
• A current Working with Children’s Check or equivalent
• Commitment to delivering the National Quality Standards
• Strong and positive communication, leadership and management skills
