About our Centre
Welcome to Kids Inn OSHC Club! Our 100-place centre is managed by a wonderful and highly dedicated team of early childhood professionals - and they are ready to give you a warm welcome! Our centre is dedicated to helping each child in our care reach their full potential. Our Educators are all trusted and valued members of our close-knit community, and we have formed strong relationships with local schools and organisations to enrich our children's learning experiences. We integrate a variety of 'Healthy Children' activities and excursions to promote strong foundations for learning and development, and we'd love you to join the team.

The role
This exciting opportunity includes learning the business side of running a thriving child care centre, with a focus on delivering early childhood education, assessment and ratings process, financial performance, compliance and safety and genuine teamwork.
Working alongside your dedicated Centre Manager, you’ll lead, mentor, and develop your centre’s team, to ensure the centre, and the children in your care, thrive.

About you
- Absolutely passionate about developing strong relationships with the centre team, families and children
- Ready to progress to the next level in your career
- Strongly committed to developing quality early educational programs
- Experienced in maintaining health and safety standards, and risk minimisation Experienced in a similar role (at least two years)

You already have
- A minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- A current Working with Children’s Check or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Commitment to delivering the National Quality Standards
- Strong and positive communication, leadership and management skills
